Accountability is critical to any new change we make in our lives. With this reality in mind TDE 30-10-10 offers every participant a weekly weight/inch’s check in.
Often, especially women, will lose inches of unwanted fat before they lose weight on the scale. For this reason it’s very important that each participant in our program keeps track of pounds lost on the scale AND inches off of their bodies each week.
We will provide you with:
- A form to use to keep track of your measurements
- A guide for where to take measurements
- A measuring tape
We will be asking every participant to submit their accountability tracking forms to our team weekly the first month and then twice a month following that, until their goal is reached.
Following that, we will offer twice a month maintenance check ins.
